1). Casting

Shandong VM as a professional crawler crane parts manufacturer in China, track shoe, sprocket and idler are all produced by casting process. Our casting workshop has 3-ton, 5-ton, and 10-ton furnaces for rapid production of castings of different tonnage crane parts. During the casting process, chemical composition analysis and metallographic testing will be carried out to ensure that the basic mechanical properties of the casting blank meet the requirements.

2). Forging

The structure and mechanical properties of metal can be improved after forging, allowing the mechanical properties of Shandong VM's crane parts to be optimized.
