Perfect material and process setup

The idler is made of 35SiMn alloy steel with good hardenability and wear resistance, during the casting process, its heat treatment is whole quenching and tempering, and surface hardening. After these setups, its hardness can be up to HR40-50. In order to make the guide wheel function and extend its life span, the radial runout of the center hole should be less than or equal to 3mm.,and should correct alignment when installation.

Excellent design principle

After shot blasting, grinding, finishing and other processes, the surface and shaft of the guide wheel are smooth and meticulous, with the arm ring as the guiding function in the center, and the ring surface on both sides supports the rail chain. And in order to keep good performance in practical application, we short the distance between the idler and the track roller, so make this machine which is equipped our idlers will performs the better orientation.
