When Sumitomo SC800 Series(Sumitomo SC800, SC800-2, SC800HD) sprocket / tumbler / driving tumbler / driving wheel worn out to extreme, you can repair by welded, or must replace new sprocket. So when Crawler crane is working, we should attend below things:

a. Keep the track shoe assy proper tension. If excessive tension, which will leads to track shoe pitch turn to stretch, then the mating surface of sprocket will abnormally wear.

b. Keep the bolt & nut of sprocket and propel reducer tighten.If bolt & nut of sprocket loosen, the mating surface between sprocket and track shoe will abnormally wear, shorten the life of sprocket and its bolt & nuts.
