5. MAINTENANCE SPROCKET

When sprocket / tumbler / driving tumbler / driving wheel worn out to extreme, you can repair by welded, or must replace new sprocket.  

So, when Crawler crane is working, we should attend below things:

 1. Keep the Track Shoe Assy proper tension. If excessive tension, which will leads to Track Shoe / Track Pad Pitch turn to stretch, then the mating surface of Sprocket will abnormally wear.

 2. Keep the Bolt&Nut of Sprocket and Propel Reducer tighten. If Bolt&Nut of Sprocket loosen, the mating surface between Sprocket and Track shoe will abnormally wear, shorten the life of Sprocket and its Bolt&Nuts.
