1. Detail Information for KOBELCO 7100 Track Shoe

The Kobelco 7100 track shoe is used for 100T lattice crane.

The material for different track shoe is different. For Kobelco track pad, material like 28CrMnMo, 31Mn2SiMo etc usually been used.

Production time for one set 7100 crawler is about 20-35 days, depend on if during peak season. Anyway, we will try to shorten the delivery time as soon as we can.

Warranty Time: one year / 2500 working hours.

2. Quality

We have very strict production standards, the KOBELCO 7100 track shoe been produced according to original drawing strictly.

Each part will be tested before leaving the workshop, the unqualified parts will not be allowed.

We use high quality sand for casting, which can improve the quality of the KOBELCO 7100 track pads. You can see it clearly from the product appearance.

Our pin shaft is made of 40Cr material. After heat treatment, it is further processed, which can reduce the friction with the axle hole of kobelco 7100 Track Shoe.
